The owner is a famous architect and he has furnished the villa in the traditional Tuscan style. The villa is divided into tow separate and independent apartments, giving a little independence and privacy to make multi-generational holidays go just a little more smoothly.

Left Wing

The left wing apartment is 260 sqm and sleeps 7 guests. One enters into a large well-equipped kitchen with a large stove (9 burners and 2 ovens) ideal for keen cooks, as well as a microwave oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, american coffee machine, blender and kettle. A dining room gives access to a courtyard with a long table for 15 people. Also on the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and independent outside access. A smaller bedroom, ideal perhaps for teenagers, is on the balcony with a single bed and a private bathroom.

On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with hydromassage bath. A further double bedroom with ensuite double shower-room, and a covered terrace, also accessible from the outside, with a view over the swimming pool and the Val d’Orcia.

Right Wing

The right wing apartment is also 260 sqm with space for 7 guests. The kitchen of this right wing apartment is similarly well-equipped, with a large "Restart" 9 burner stove. There is also a lounge room with satellite TV and a fireplace, warm and romantic with coloured walls. This room, called the blue room, has a private bathroom with a large shower and direct access to the pool; comfortable divans and two beautiful arm chairs. There is a dining area with space for 15 people, and access to a furnished patio. Also on the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with access to the outside, ensuite bathroom with large double shower and access to the covered swimming pool. Second double bedroom with bathroom ensuite and large double shower and access to the outside near the kitchen well.

On the first floor you will find a large double bedroom with a canopied bed, an ensuite bathroom ensuite with a jacuzzi bath with a great view. A second large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and fireplace.
