Spanning approximately 1,000 square meters across three floors, the villa has 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms and accommodates up to 18 guests. Air conditioning is available in all rooms except in the “limonaia”.

Its interior is decorated with frescoes dating back to the 1600s and 1700s, meticulously restored in 2018. From the original terracotta flooring, wooden beam ceilings and fireplaces to the marble columns and frescoes, every detail is of historical value due to its authenticity. The elegant furnishings were crafted from luxurious materials and adorned with sophisticated gilding.

Ground Floor

This level hosts the primary kitchen, which connects to the garden, as well as a secondary smaller kitchen, the dining room, a lounge area, a closet, and two bathrooms. The cellar, showcasing its original wooden wine barrels, serves as a wine-tasting space boasting an outstanding selection of wines. Direct access to the garden is available from the cellar.

First Floor

On this floor, a 16th-century staircase leads guests to the salon, with access to a lounge room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a kitchen that connects to a covered patio for 18 people. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, another separate double bedroom with its private bathroom, a frescoed "music" room equipped with a piano, a study, a lounge room, and a bathroom with a shower.

Second Floor

On the second floor, you'll find a spacious fitness room equipped with modern athletic equipment, eight double bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. These include one double bedroom with a shower, two rooms with two single beds each that share a bathroom with a shower, two rooms with two single beds each sharing a bathroom equipped with a bath and shower, one double bedroom, and another room with two single beds that shares a bathroom featuring a shower.
